Sumner CrossFit offers CrossFit classes for all levels, personal training, and Studio Classes such as Spin and Kickboxing and an amazing Body Camp Challenge weight loss program which educates, motivates and provides the accountability needed for long term health and fitness success.
Sumner CrossFit also provides an essential 4 week introduction program to CrossFit called Foundations. Our Foundations program educates an individual about "what CrossFit is", and breaks down and teaches you the fundamental movements such as the squat, while familiarizing you with coaching ques and CrossFit terminology . All of these tools are necessary for an individual to properly integrate into CrossFit classes and feel comfortable and confident. Upon completing our Foundations program you will graduate into our regular CrossFit classes ready for any challenge.
We also offer a motivating and structured weight loss program called The Body Camp Challenge. This is a 4 week program involves nutritional advice, recipes, weigh-ins and measurements, coaching, and weekly emails to help keep you motivated, accountable and encouraged. In addition to losing weight you will gain confidence and friendships with others who have similar goals. The Body Camp Challenge prepares you for long term weight loss and health by creating a lifestyle change you can adhere to.
Sumner CrossFit also offers many other fitness classes that appeal to every individual's fitness needs. We offer kickboxing, spin, step aerobics, bootcamp, and Zumba. All fitness levels can enjoy the variety of classes offered, which will motivate and challenge you and keep your routine not routine.
Finishing the week with our Friday Night Smackdown. A chance for our athletes to come together and compete, work hard and challenge each other after a long week. Leaving the stress of our week behind us while training hard, and ending the night by relaxing and hanging out.
